This October, Frame Depot is celebrating 40 years in Grand Junction, and we can’t think of a better way to mark the occasion than by growing.
We’re currently undertaking the largest remodel and expansion in Frame Depot’s history, creating more room for custom framing, gifts, home décor, and all the things our customers have come to love over the past four decades.

In 1996, Frame Depot moved to our current home on Bogart Lane. And yes, there really is a family connection to the street name. The Bogart family helped develop the street, and with several Bogart-owned businesses located there at the time, the name seemed like a natural fit.
Claudine Bogart began running Frame Depot in 2000, continuing the business her father started and carrying its traditions into a new generation.
Through all the changes over the years, one thing has stayed the same: we believe the things you choose to frame have meaning.
Family photographs. Original artwork. A child’s drawing. A military uniform. A sports jersey. A diploma. A piece collected on a favorite trip. Sometimes what comes through our doors is valuable. Sometimes it’s wonderfully ordinary. Either way, it has a story.
That’s what custom framing has always been about for us.

Making more room for what you love
As Frame Depot approaches its 40th anniversary, we’re also making some big changes to the store.
Our current expansion will give us additional space for both custom framing and our growing gift department. We’re creating a better experience for customers working with our framing team, along with more room for home décor, seasonal merchandise, puzzles, greeting cards, specialty gifts, and all the unexpected finds that have made the shop about more than frames.
“This expansion is about more than adding square footage,” says owner Claudine Bogart. “It’s about creating a better experience for our customers while honoring the legacy that my father began nearly 40 years ago. We’re incredibly grateful for the community that has supported us through the years, and we’re excited for what the future holds.”
For a family business, reaching 40 years feels especially meaningful. Frame Depot has grown alongside Grand Junction and the surrounding communities, and many of the customers we’ve worked with over the years have become familiar faces and friends.
We’ve framed pieces for multiple generations of the same families. We’ve watched children grow up, businesses evolve, artists build careers, and homes fill with memories.
And now we’re getting ready for the next chapter.
